The Department of Energy and Climate (DECC) has launched a review of around 300 separate pieces of legislation as part of the government's high-profile Red Tape Challenge, and is inviting businesses, NGOs and other interested parties to provide feedback on those regulations they would like to see reformed or scrapped. Officially launched on Friday , the energy phase of the Red Tape Challenge details around 300 different regulations that people are invited to comment on and offer advice on how they could be improved or streamlined.
