Global giants back launch of WindMade label

A host of world-leading businesses, including Motorola, Deutsche Bank and Lego, have pledged to source at least 25 per cent of their operations' power consumption from wind energy. The companies are part of a 15-strong group, backed by WWF and the Global Wind Energy Council, which signed up to the WindMade consumer label at a launch event in New York at the end of last week.
