More #FIT controversy as @GregBarkerMP admits some people might not meet Dec 12 cut off

The Government surely has already broken the law by introducing the reforms before the end of the consultation period which is December 23rd? Is it not the case that one reaches the end of the consolation period and then implement changes? A number of companies in the Solar industry are about to take a legal challenge against the government for the way that they have handled this scheme. What about the many self-employed MCS installers whom the government happily collected fees of over £1,000 to be accredited installers and be part of the scheme? They have invested in training costs of around £2,500 and invested in marketing, tools and insurance. Each element which for the most part has attracted VAT which the government has benefited from. For many, they simply have no way of being able to stay in the industry! At the same time the UK government will find billions to spen...
