Solar is Ready (VIDEO)

for CNBC and Harvard Business Review’s “Energy Opportunities ” series about a month ago, but the series has a few more that I’ve been meaning to highlight. One of them is the one above, which features Dr Jeremy Leggett, Founder and Chairman of SolarCentury , talking about the viability and bright future of micro-generation, renewable energy, solar, the fact that solar is already a very viable energy source around the world, and his estimate that solar will reach grid parity in the UK by 2013 (not even taking externalities such as health costs, national security costs, and environmental costs into account).
