Chelsea Clinton signs on as an @NBC Special Correspondent for their "Make a Difference" segments.

Former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton is finally stepping into the spotlight. After years of remaining behind the scenes during her parents’ various political endeavors, Clinton is now ready to appear in front of the camera. NBC announced today that Clinton has been hired as a special correspondent for the network, and will work on the feature series Making A Difference , which spotlights people and organizations volunteering to improve their communities. The series, which is already a popular part of the NBC Nightly News , might also become a feature of the station’s prime time program Rock Center With Brian Williams .
