Friends of the Earth confirms legal action over solar incentive cuts as deadline passes via @businessgreen

Friends of the Earth will take legal action against the government next week following its refusal to amend a controversial review to slash incentives for solar installations from next month. The green group wrote to Climate Minister Greg Barker on Monday, warning he had until 4pm today to alter the consultation on the future of the feed-in tariff scheme, or face court proceedings.
