Fracking Firm Admits It Caused Earthquakes

The fact that fracking contaminates water is well established and does not need proof. There are many websites stating this and I just grabbed one at random, since this was not the point of the article at all, but merely establishing the background. The article is about the earthquakes which further illustrates the fact that rushing into this endeavor in pursuit of quick profit is the opposite of sustainable thinking. This clearly illustrates the point that the impacts of this technology are not well understood and the potential for catastrophic outcomes are real. It seems to me, the only ones defending it at this point are those who stand to profit from it. I am not against the use of natural gas as an interim energy source, but it must be done responsibly and safely.
