The Scottish government is set to target Middle East sovereign wealth funds as one of the main sources of investment for its ambitious renewable energy programme. The government is to host a Scottish Low Carbon Investment Conference in Edinburgh with First Minister Alex Salmond expected to announce series of measures designed to support the country's fast expanding low carbon economy.
