Greece Planning a Solar Power Boom

If anyone in Greece thinks that installing a solar power generator is going to get them out of recession they need to stop deluding themselves. It will actually worsen their situation. All of Europe's banks are now technically insolvent. The only reason they are not declared insolvent is to preserve the system from collapse. It is not a good time to be seeking investment for non-productive projects. Solar generation is not productive, since there are already means of producing electricity. The fact that it is green is immaterial.
