DuPont faces battle over solar paste patent - Business Green

German materials company Heraeus has pledged it will "vigorously defend" a lawsuit launched by US conglomerate DuPont, alleging infringement of a solar technology patent. DuPoint filed papers in the US District Court of Delaware late last week, claiming Heraeus breached a patent related to its "front-side metallisation paste materials", which are used in the construction of solar cells.
