A solar-powered, zero-emission aircraft that offers a range of more than 250 miles, Elektra One is the work of a partnership between SolarWorld , a Bonn, Germany-based company which operates a large manufacturing facility in Hillsboro, Ore. , and Germany's PC Aero.
