Seven in ten Brits accept human activity causes climate change

The vast majority of people in the UK accept human activity is causing climate change, a new survey of 1,200 adults released last week suggests. An online poll carried out by research specialists Censuswide on behalf of GoCompare.com found 70 per cent of respondents accepted the science behind climate change, or the equivalent of more than 45 million Britons.
