Yesterday, Canada Safeway announced its new Sustainable Seafood Policy , which commits the grocery store chain to an ambitious goal: by 2015, all its fresh and frozen seafood will come from sustainable and traceable sources or be in a credible improvement project. It's a huge step for one of Canada's largest food-retailers, which boasts over 200 stores across the western provinces.
