Rewe suppliers must up sustainable cotton

COLOGNE – German retailer Rewe has published a new action plan aimed at improving working conditions in the global textile supply chain. The new plan requires all Rewe’s cotton suppliers to increase the amount of sustainable cotton they produce from 14 to 70 per cent.
