WRAP outlines UK retailer sustainability progress

LONDON - Signatories to the Sustainable Clothing Action Plan (SCAP) are outperforming the broader UK apparel industry in terms of cutting carbon, water and waste according to a new WRAP report. The report shows SCAP membership now accounts for more than half of the UK clothing market (60 per cent), with SCAP signatories making significant progress towards meeting ambitious 2020 environmental targets.
