Backcountry Hut Company designs rugged flat-packed cabins for wilderness enthusiasts

If you have ever longed to disappear into the wilderness, then you have probably dreamed of the kind of shelter that will keep you comfortable there. Leckie Studio Architecture + Design have not only dreamt of such a shelter, but founded The Backcountry Hut Company to build them - and they are designed to have the smallest possible environmental impact. A "kit-of-parts" specifically sized to be easy for anyone to ship and assemble, these flat-packed huts can be customized for all kinds of outdoor locations, including places only reached by helicopter.
