The Invisible Portal disappears into the Andes Mountains with a mirrored facade

recently constructed an elegant viewpoint atop an Andes mountain trail—but it’s disguised so well you might miss it if you’re not careful. The rest stop, named The Invisible Portal, is a boxy wooden structure covered in mirrored panels that reflect the surrounding landscape, making the rest stop look almost invisible. The low-profile viewpoint cantilevers over the hillside for dramatic views of the valley below.
