The 33-year-old rockers, animal rights activist, and new mom is featured in the November issue of Shape ; commenting on everything from her diet to her pregnancy and her workout routine. Since giving birth in June 2011 to daughter Willow Sage Hart, she’s lost over 55 pounds. “I thought I’d feel like a goddess,” she told Cosmo. “They sell you on that sh*t, like you’ll never feel more feminine. Really, I just felt like a mess, but I kind of enjoyed that too. Hell, yeah, I gained 55 pounds.
