When Adriana Herrera, founder and CEO of Fashioning Change , heard about the devastating garment-factory fire in Pakistan , she didn't just bemoan the unfortunate state of affairs that precipitated it. Instead, the tragedy galvanized the California entrepreneur to create a better alternative: a new, proprietary line of men's, women's, and infant "ethical knockoffs." The "KCA by Fashioning Change" collection, which debuts on Wednesday, dovetails with the startup's "Wear This, Not That" platform by offering the same style, fit, and price points of the leading mainstream brands.
