Green City Hall proposal in Vietnam doubles as a verdant vertical park

recently unveiled their latest verdant, eco-friendly design: the Green City Hall, a new plant-covered municipal building for the Vietnamese city of Bac Ninh. Set on a seven-hectare site in the heart of Bac Ninh, the city hall proposal covers two blocks and comprises a pair of leaning terraced towers with lush landscaped balconies on every level. The Green City Hall was conceived to help the local government achieve their goals of developing a more energy-efficient city.
