We know celebs are constantly bashed for their over-the-top extravagance , but we never thought it would be over finger nails! Kelly Osbourne’s $250,000 manicure for the Emmys has been met with an onslaught of fan disapproval, causing the star to “sort of” apologize for her excess. Designed by jewelry brand Azature, the mani contained 267 carats of black diamonds , which enraged media and fans alike.
