Stella McCartney has designed a T-shirt using Adidas's water-free "DryDye" dyeing technology

. The British designer, who has a longstanding partnership with Adidas , has created a new T-shirt as part of sportswear giant’s “DryDye” global initiative . Pioneered by DyeCoo Textile Systems in the Netherlands, the technology uses pressurized carbon dioxide in place of agua to color textile fibers. The result isn’t just reduced water consumption but also less energy and fewer chemicals than conventional dyeing methods.
