Elizabeth Cline was present to sign her latest book, “Overdressed: The Shockingly High Cost of Cheap Fashion.” The New York-based journalist explores how cheap fashion has impacted our society, our environment, and our economic well-being and causes us to re-evaluate our consumption patterns and how we approach fashion. CARRIE PARRY Carrie Parry was on hand offering up her line of designs from various seasons. Her timeless, sophisticated designs make even past seasons still attractive and hard to pass up, especially with the huge mark-downs she was offering specially for the event. Parry collaborates with artisans in India and is known for her meticulous selection of handwoven, fine fabrics. All production is done in New York City.
