Closed loop tech takes steps to commercialisation

WAKEFIELD - A US tech business which has patented technology that breaks down post-consumer cotton garment waste and converts it into new fibres has told Ecotextile News it has commissioned a new report with the aim of isolating all garment waste within a 500 mile radius of its first facility. The move by the business represents a significant step towards commercialising its pioneering technology which aims to close the loop in textile production.
