Check out what 555 Ikea bags made into a gown really look like:

Ida-Marie Corell, an artist from Berlin, created “ID(E)A,” as part of her her co-curated show with Susanna Kumschick, “Oh, Plastiksack! ” at The Gewerbemuseum Winterthur in Switzerland. The installation is part-performance as Corell wears the plastic dress and plays her keyboard. Corell writes in her blog, Plastic Bag Blog, “It was a intense work, working out the concept for the show, the artist list, the scenography, bottom-up on my thesis and my book “Alltagsobjekt Plastiktüte.” The exhibition is a success, people like it and its worth it to make a travel to Winterthur.”
