Seascape cottage is a self-sustaining getaway made from locally-sourced materials

Annandale Seascape Cottage, designed by New Zealand-based architectural firm Pattersons , is a gorgeous retreat set into a rock escarpment in a tiny boulder strewn South Pacific cove. The house, built using locally sourced materials and rock carved from a nearby quarry, boasts fantastic views of the ocean and combines different materials, creating a warm atmosphere perfect for honeymooners.
