Michael Beit creates amazing wooden tables that loop, twist and branch like trees

In order to illuminate contemporary social issues, Beitz creates numerous artworks that include a 18-foot-long looping table entitled Not Now, as well as a functional 50-foot-long picnic table that branches like a tree. Another design is a picnic table draped over the railing at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts in Omaha, Nebraska. These objects are not only beautiful pieces of art, but also speak to a number of issues connected to human relationships and our interaction with everyday objects.
