Recycled paint . Yes, that’s right, recycled paint . I thought it improbable too and everyone I mention it to does a double take. But, those clever (extremely clever) people at NewLifePaints have perfected the art of scooping up remnant paint, mixing it, processing it and producing new paint from it. This is an absolutely genius idea. It prevents paint being left in landfill or poured into our waterways which is a laudable idea. But, is it any good? You may have seen my tweets lamenting my house getting flooded, having to move out for 4 months and generally everything being a bit rubbish. If you missed them, lucky you! Well, the upshot has been a shiny new bottom floor of Daisy Cottage (there are only 2 rooms but they are both brand spanking new). This was the perfect opportunity to put New life paints to the test by actual real life decorators. And boy, were they impresse...
