According to CNN , Watson posted the $318,000 bail after a judge ruled he could go free pending an extradition decision to Costa Rica. “The court ruled last Friday that Germany will consider the request and that Costa Rica will have 90 days to make its case,” the site reports. “The German Ministry of Justice then will decide whether to extradite Watson.” Speaking to reporters after being freed, Watson remarked on the oddity of finding himself in this situation. “It’s very strange that this so-called extradition thing was dismissed by Interpol in every country except German...
