Alec Baldwin Donates $250,000 to East Hampton Library. @AlecBaldwin #NYC

Alec Baldwin continues to lay down money in East Hampton for the community and its organizations. Recently, the actor donated $250,000 to the East Hampton Library’s soon-to-be children’s wing. Construction to the children’s section will include an addition of more than 2,000 square feet to the existing children’s room, more than 10,000 books, new computers and seating just to name a few. The entire library will also become handicapped accessible by adding a second elevator and creating 16 more parking spaces. Baldwin’s donation may sound familiar; as this isn’t the first time he’s helped the library. In 2010, he gave $25,000 for this latest addition. Of course we know the actor makes a great deal of money for his acting roles, but according to a statement from the library, the donation money came from all of the proceeds from his Capital One Bank’s Venture Rewards credit c...
