So we are now almost 3 weeks into 2013 and this is usually the time we are all bored of leafy green veg, dying for a proper drink, shouting at the cat and will have already missed at least one Zumba class. Are you mortified about those Dalai Lama style statements you made with a tear in your eye, “In 2013 you will see the new me ladies, the goddess inside blah blah………” Well we’ve all been there! My attempts at being more tolerant, less selfish, to shop less (WHAT was I thinking?) have failed! So, we are intelligent women, why do our new years resolutions fail? Lets have a think… Is the resolution realistic? Losing 40 pounds in January, wasn’t the best idea you ever had, now was it? Do you really want to do it? Or is the Chinese class full of weirdo’s?...
