It looks like this year’s menu is paying tribute to New Orleans, since the championship game will be played at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Centerplate, the largest hospitality food provider in North America for sports stadiums and convention centers, is catering the sports event and revealed that its menu definitely won’t skimp on the shrimp or meat. The Daily Meal details the menu and dishes include: Alligator Chili, Roast Beef Debris Po’Boy, BBQ Shrimp and Grits, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Natchitoches Crawfish Pies, Chef Donald Links’ Chicken Sauce Piquant and Bayou Bootleg cocktails.
