What a joke. The team with the best accountants and cheapest labor will win, if anyone does at all. Typical crap from government. Government cant motivate people. Profit does. Why else would they now try to artificially simulate profit in a reward? With 6 installs PER DAY (good luck finding a supplier without a ton of financing or a 500k slush fund), you could make much more than the reward money offered (which you could also fail at it). Only an IDIOT would risk their company to possibly NOT win a 'prize'. They are ALREADY risking everything every single day.
