Soltec to provide single-axis trackers for 38MW project in Navajo Nation

Image: Soltec PV tracking equipment provider Soltec announced that it will supply 38MW of its SF Utility single-axis trackers for a PV installation in the Monument Valley region of the Navajo Nation in Arizona. Monument Valley stands as a scenic landscape and presents a challenge for the project in terms of maintaining the natural environment of the surrounding area during installation. SF Utility trackers were utilised due to their land-use enabling features and wide installation tolerances, which reduce land grading. Isolux Corsan Group was responsible of the engineering, procurement and construction of Kayenta Solar Plant.
