US DOE confirms @LEEDCo & U.Maine to replace Dominion & Principle Power as eligible for $40m in offshore demo grants

The US government has shaken up the list of offshore wind developers eligible for up to $40m each to fund demonstration projects, with projects backed by LEEDCo and the University of Maine replacing others backed by Dominion Resources and Principle Power.
