France must speed on with floating wind or lose ground

French wind power body France Energie Eolienne (FEE) has called on government and industry to speed construction of the first floating pilot projects planned in the country’s offshore waters, or risk losing traction for its fledgling homegrown sector in emerging international markets such as Japan, Scotland and the US.
