Jordan: Azraq refugee camp, 3 universities unveil solar plans 15. Jordan is increasingly turning to the renewable energy to combat its everyday energy dilemmas. The UNHCR is planning to change the harsh conditions in the Azraq camp by installing a 6 MW solar PV parkFlickr/Roderick Eime Jordan's Azraq refugee camp, located in an inhospitable part of the desert in northern Jordan, is set to install a 6 MW solar PV park to help meet its energy needs.
