“If I were starting a social media program for a business or brand from scratch, I would begin with a Facebook page, a Twitter account, a Google+ page and a YouTube channel,” says Scott Moody, director of public relations at CEDIA member company Marketing Matters . “While establishing accounts on each of those might seem daunting at first, at the very least, I would recommend 'planting the flag' on each to get your company out there."
