While many people take advantage of the their locale for hiking and skiing, one resident saw a different kind of potential for the high, clear mountain air. Kay Walker, growing tired of seeing his utility bills rising each year, turned to Colorado solar installer SolSource to help bring his electricity costs under control According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration , when Kay went to speak with SolSource in 2009, Colorado boasted the 20th lowest electricity prices in the country.
