Ingeteam wins control centre contract from Mexican renewables developer

The control centre will be located in the offices of Zuma Energía in Mexico City. It will collect all relevant information on the infrastructure of the wind farms in real time, thereby enabling the company to efficiently manage and optimise the operation and maintenance of its wind turbines. It will act as the cornerstone of the company’s asset performance management, allowing it to gather and analyse a vast array of essential operating data, not only on the wind turbines and substations but also on the electricity market and meteorological conditions. The control systems will collect the continuous stream of information that each wind turbine generates every second, monitoring key parameters such as temperature, vibration, operating conditions and alarms.
